Mountboard Barrier Board
The Barrier Board 120×81.5cm is a 1.2mm thick conservation grade backing board designed for professional framing. Made from alpha cellulose fibres, it offers a soft natural white colour that remains stable and bright over time, ensuring artworks are preserved without discolouration.
This board is light resistant, pH neutral, and free from lignin and optical brighteners, making it ideal for archival use. Its clean, crisp cut and resilient composition provide a reliable and professional finish. Manufactured in the UK with wood pulp from responsibly managed European forests, it combines quality with sustainability.
