Black Core Mountboard
Black Core Mountboard is a 1.4mm thick mountboard featuring smooth surface paper on both sides with a striking deep black coloured core. Made from 100% recycled fibres enriched with carbon black, the core creates a distinctive black edge that provides a clean, crisp bevel cut for a bold and modern framing effect.
This mountboard is alkaline sized, pH neutral, and calcium carbonate buffered to ensure long-lasting durability. Manufactured in the UK from responsibly sourced wood pulp, it meets the Fine Art Trade Guild specification for standard mountboards, making it an excellent choice for everyday framing needs.
